Position Summary:

As the Client Success Executive, you will serve as a key liaison between our clients and all areas of the company to help drive customer satisfaction & success, facilitate product adoption, ensure KPIs are being met, and strengthen partnerships with key stakeholders. You will have a lot of exposure to C-suite stakeholders and ownership of those relationships. Armed with a thorough understanding of our products and our client workflows; you will also play a critical role in identifying additional business opportunities within and across existing clients and working hand-in-hand with Sales to drive them.

Roles and Responsibilities:

· Establish and maintain effective working relationships with the client C-Suite and Influencers, through consistent and meaningful, engagements to foster long-term partnerships.

· Understand optimized workflows by using EvidenceCare solutions and support clients in embracing best practices and processes.

· Meet with key client executives and stakeholders, on a regular basis virtually and on-site, to review KPIs, ROI, QBRs in collaboration with the Clinical Revenue Cycle Integration (CRCI) Team. Strategize short term and long-term goals for the client.

· Secure seamless transition from Implementation to Stabilization and Go-live for all clients.

· Demonstrate full understanding of EvidenceCare solutions and ongoing view of their value add to clinical outcomes and efficiency.

· Continuously evaluate client health to mitigate risk and assess growth and expansion opportunities.

· Analyze data, understand specific customer problems and communicate value through creating and presenting compelling stories to C-Suite and clinical audiences

· Focus on delivering white glove service to obtain trust, loyalty, and retention.

· Proactively become knowledgeable of client workflows and organizational drivers for success.

· Maintain Salesforce current with all necessary client health metrics and data.

· Document engagement and share updates/issues with cross functional teams to inform on client state.

· Collaborate with cross functional team leaders, serving as client advocate for process improvement and product development.

Minimum requirements:

· Bachelor's degree

· 4+ Years of Client Success experience

· 5+ Years of Healthcare Experience, provider-side preferred

· Healthcare consulting experience – highly desirable

· Strong clinical background

· Prior experience with clinical provider workflows in the ambulatory and inpatient settings

· Experience utilizing analytics to craft compelling narratives

· Strong project management and presentation skills

· Self-starter with startup experience and a willingness to work hands on and address the details

· Ability to effectively communicate and present information to internal and external stakeholders

· Ability to travel up to 40%

Experienced with:

· Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)

· Experience in Salesforce and Microsoft Teams
